Panthers ranked 23rd in NCBWA National Poll

The Davenport baseball team is itching to get back on the field after starting last season with a 13-2 record and will begin the 2021 season as the 23rd-ranked team in NCAA Division II according to the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA). The Panthers will bring back a ton of talent with senior leadership and hope to begin the season at third-ranked Central Missouri this weekend. The teams are scheduled to play twice on Sunday and once more on Monday. Central Missouri is receiving one national first-place vote and are currently 3-1 this season.
