Parkside Sweeps Twin Bill over PNW; Clinches First Ever GLIAC Series

Grayslake, IL – The Parkside Rangers swept the Saturday twin bill against the Purdue Northwest Pride. In game one, the Rangers received a dominant performance from Kalib Schulist, who tossed a complete-game shutout en route to a 4-0 victory. In the second game, the Rangers outlasted the Pride with a 10th inning walk-off win. Freshman John Wubben was the hero, securing a 14-13 win. This marked the first-ever GLIAC regular-season series victory for Parkside since they joined the conference in 2019. Additionally, it was Senior Day where Parkside honored Charlie Campbell, Emanuel Andujar Ferriera, Jared Heinzen, Andrew Harris, Andrew Sumner, Kalib Schulist, Sean Sodaro, and Peter Fusek.
