Payero Shines, Pirates Slug Six Home Runs In Win Over Xavier, 13-2

Graduate student Nick Payero (Monroe, N.J.) allowed only two hits and struck out a season-high eight batters in a seven-inning start and his offense hit six home runs as the Seton Hall baseball team handled Xavier in the series opener, 13-2.
