Phoenix Baseball Hosts Gardner-Webb For Wednesday Night Clash

Elon, N.C.- The Elon Phoenix (23-12, 12-5 CAA) will welcome the Gardner-Webb Runnin' Bulldogs (22-12, 10-5 Big South) to Latham Park Wednesday night. First pitch time will be at 6 p.m. This will be the second meeting of the season between the two programs with Elon leaving Boiling Springs with a 7-5 victory in the first matchup earlier this season. In the first meeting, Cole Reynolds showcased an all-around performance by pitching five innings on the mound and clubbing a three-run home run in the win.
