Pioneer Baseball Splits First Half of Four Game Series with the Bobcats

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. – Glenville State Baseball opened their four-game series with the Bobcats of West Virginia Wesleyan this afternoon. The Pioneer's bats caught fire early on in game one leading to a five-run victory. The second half of the doubleheader started out scoreless but opened up in the final four innings. While GSU is outside of the playoff picture, Glenville can still make history by finishing above .500 in conference play in back-to-back seasons for the first time in school history.
