Pioneers respond with critical home-field victory over Illinois Wesleyan

WAUKESHA, Wis. – Nick Angus, a senior pinch-hitter from Darien, Ill., drove in what proved to be the winning run on a clutch, two-out RBI single to left field in the bottom of the eighth as the Carroll University baseball team defeated fierce league rival Illinois Weselyan University 4-2 in a College Conference of Illinois-Wisconsin game at Frame Park on Tuesday afternoon.
