Pittsburg State wins series finale over Wildcats 9-5

Pittsburg State used a five-run second inning to keep the lead for good as the host Gorillas posted a 9-5 non-conference college baseball win over Wayne State Monday afternoon in Pittsburg, Kansas to take two of three games in Wayne State's season opening series. WSC is now 1-2 on the year while PSU is 4-6.
