Pointers Take Out Top Seed, Set Program Record to Advance in World Series

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The No. 12 UW-Stevens Point baseball team (42-9) set a program record for wins in eliminating top-seed Marietta (44-7) with a 6-4 victory in Sunday's opening game of the College World Series. UWSP trailed in this game and now have come from behind to win 21 times this season.
