Purdue Survives Slugfest to Split, Take Series vs. IU

In a game in which both teams registered nine unanswered runs, Purdue baseball scored four times with two outs in the sixth inning to steal the momentum back and then survived a bases-loaded jam in the top of the ninth to outlast Indiana 16-15 in the nightcap of a Sunday doubleheader and rubber game of the series at Alexander Field.
