Ray seeks better command against Rockies

Robbie Ray looks to turn his season around Wednesday, when he takes the Chase Field mound against the Rockies at 6:40 p.m. MST, live on MLB.TV. Ray (1-3, 8.33 ERA) has struggled with command in his first six starts of the year, walking 25 in 27 innings. The left-hander has tinkered with his mechanics, but last time out, he allowed four runs and walked five in five innings. Righty Jon Gray (1-3, 6.23) will start for Colorado.
