Ripon Silences Cornell Bats In Victory

RIPON, Wis. – Ripon freshman lefty Mitchell Lukasik continued his outstanding debut season Friday afternoon, limiting Cornell to just four hits, while striking out 10 in a complete game shutout, as Ripon defeated the Rams 11-0 in seven innings. The win moves the Red Hawks into third place in the Midwest Conference standings as they continue to vye for a spot in next weekend's four-team MWC Tournament.
