SEASON RECAP: Baseball Has Best Start Since 2009 Season

Rock Hill, S.C. – Winthrop baseball entered the 2020 season coming off a Big South Championship appearance and picked up right where they left off. The Eagles posted an 11-4 record, finishing at the top of the Big South standings with its best start under head coach Tom Riginos. Unfortunately, the spread of COVID-19 ended their season prematurely.
