Senior Day Highlights Weekend Ahead for Warriors

Stan State is 7-3 in its last ten games and have moved into a tie for third place with San Francisco State in the CCAA standings heading into the final eight games of the regular season. The Warriors captured their fifth series of the season by taking three out of four games from Cal Poly Pomona this weekend in Pomona.  Stan State returns to the diamond this weekend when the Warriors host Sonoma State in their final home stand of the regular season.  The series will begin this Friday, April 28 on BlueChip Broadcasting Sponsorship Night at 6pm.  The two teams will continue the series with an 1pm starting doubleheader on Saturday, April 29 on Golden Valley Health Center Day.  The series will conclude this Sunday, April 30 at noon on Senior Day.  Prior to the game, the five seniors will be recognized in Casey Carr, Bobby Garcia, Tony Jacob, Maxwell Pappas, and Anthony Ramirez.
