State splits with Slippery Rock on Friday

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – West Virginia State baseball (6-7) split a twinbill with Slippery Rock (6-2) on Friday at Jack Critchfield Park. The Yellow Jackets fell by a narrow margin, 4-2, in the first game of the afternoon before they triumphed in the second game by a final score of 5-2.
