[Baseball] Baseball Season Preview

The Brescia baseball team begins its season on this coming Saturday, February 1, in a double-header on the road against Bethel University.Brescia was voted eighth in the River States Conference Preseason Poll, but Head Coach Jon Herbig has higher expectations."Our expectations are high for this Spring season. The goals we have set for ourselves are mostly process-oriented goals because we believe that if we are staying true to our standards and staying process-focused, the results will take care of themselves," said Herbig."We had a team goal last season to qualify for the conference tournament, which we fell short of, so this season, as we work our way through the Spring schedule, the conference tournament will be the one thing we will definitely have our sights on," Herbig explained.
