GAMEDAY: BASEBALL HOSTS FIRST HOME GAME AT SIUH COMMUNITY PARK AGAINST CALDWELL UNIVERSITY

Staten Island, NY – The College of Staten Island Baseball Team will play their first official home game early this morning against Caldwell University as they return to Staten Island University Hospital Community Park for the Opening Weekend on Staten Island.  The Dolphins returned from their Myrtle Beach trip late Monday night with a record of 1-4, and two of those losses came in walk-off fashion.  Today will be the season-opener for the Cougars who also faced the Dolphins at this venue last season.  The teams split that doubleheader and then proceeded to split another doubleheader the following week when the Dolphins visited the Cougars.  Caldwell leads the all-time series 5-3.
