OTD in UVU History: Utah Valley baseball began its 32-game winning streak

In another article of "On This Day in UVU History", the Utah Valley University baseball team began its improbable 32-game winning streak during the 2012 season with a 10-6 home victory over Sacramento State. The win would mark the first of 32 straight for UVU baseball that season, which still stands as the third-longest winning streak in NCAA Division I Baseball history (34 is the record shared by Florida Atlantic in 1999 and Texas in 1977). In all, the Wolverines would go on to win a school record 47 games during the record-breaking 2012 campaign (47-12).
