White gets 500th coaching win as Rams walk off KCU – twice

BLUEFIELD – Bluefield University baseball coach Mike White got his 500th career coaching win Sunday afternoon as the BU Rams swept a doubleheader from the Kentucky Christian University Knights, both in walk-off fashion. The Rams won game one 12-2 in seven innings, a game ended by the mercy rule to give White win No. 499. No. 500 came in a wild come-from-behind walk-off fashion 14-13. The wins also gave BU a three-game sweep of their Appalachian Athletic Conference rival.
