Collins Collects AEC Baseball Weekly Honor Roll Recognition

Lancaster, Pa. – (5/1/2023) – Gwynedd Mercy University graduate designated hitter Billy Collins (Hatfield, Pa.) was named to the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Baseball Weekly Honor Roll after going 3-for-5 with a walk, a run, and four runs-batted-in (RBI) in a 21-8, seven-inning victory at Penn State Abington (Apr. 26). Collins drew a two-out walk in the first inning and reached second base on a wild pitch, he also knocked in a run with a ground out to short in the second, got aboard in the third with a one-out single to center, doubled in two runs in the fifth with a shot to left field, and singled home another run in the sixth with another ball to left field.
